Mr. Morash has been an independent real estate investor for over the past 20 years. Prior to that, he held many positions in the commercial and investment banking industry including serving as President and CEO of Yankee Bank in Boston from 1985-1987. Prior to that, he was Senior Investment Banker in the financial services group at Mosely, Halgarten, Estabrook and Weeden, from 1983 – 1985. From 1978 – 1983 he was Executive Vice President of The First National Bank of New Jersey. He also served as Senior Vice President and officer in charge of Hartford National Bank’s Fairfield County, CT corporate, commercial and consumer banking activities from 1976-1978, and as a Vice President of international banking from 1971-1975. He started his career as a banking officer at First National Bank of New York in 1965. He graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT in 1965.
Recently he has developed new and renovated high end properties throughout the Northeastern United States, and at one time owned over 7000 apartment units in San Antonio, Dallas, Austin and El Paso, Texas.
Currently he develops luxury condominium and single family residential properties in Punta Mita and Cabo St. Lucas, Mexico.
